Methuselah's age
The oldest age recorded for any person in the Bible.
The story
Genesis 5:27 records Methuselah living 969 years — the longest lifespan given for anyone in Scripture. He was the grandfather of Noah. These pre-flood ages in Genesis 5 are famously long and much discussed.
